This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are available for our e-courses, e-books, and stand-alone services. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital Products (E-Courses & E-Books)

Because our digital products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded/accessed immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

Refund Exceptions

A refund may be considered ONLY if:

  1. You purchased an e-course or e-book and have not accessed or downloaded the product; or

  2. You can show that the product is defective or materially different from its description.

To request an exception:

b. Our team will review within 5–7 business days.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Stand-Alone Services (e.g., Business Registration, Coaching, Consultations)

For services scheduled or delivered by a service provider:

a. Pre-Service Refunds

  1. Full Refund: If requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled service date.

  2. No Refund: If cancellation is within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

b. After Service Delivery

  1. We do not offer refunds after a service has been substantially delivered.

  2. If you feel the service was incomplete or not delivered as described, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details. We will review and determine if a partial remedy, credit, or refund is appropriate.

c. Business Registration & Done-For-You Services

Because these services require administrative time, filings, and third-party fees:

  1. Refunds are only available if the service has not yet been started.

  2. Once work begins (e.g., forms filed, documents submitted), the purchase is non-refundable.

  2. A service was not delivered as described

Credits may be used toward future purchases from New Day Business Solutions and do not expire.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we will:

  1. Contest the chargeback

  2. Provide evidence of delivery or service performance

  3. Potentially suspend your access to products/services

Chargebacks may delay or prevent future purchases.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest update. Continued use of our products/services confirms acceptance of the current policy.
